Status Update On J Albert

As many have noticed and sent notes asking about my fathers absence over these last few weeks, he wanted me to let you know that he is looking forward to getting back behind the desk. As he said this morning, "If I can yell at the dang screen, I can surely type."

We are all looking forward to his return on Monday. I am sure no one is more ready than he is. For those who we have interviewed for either recommendations or articles, these are in the pipeline and should start hitting after reviews this next week.

To those who have been praying for Dad, I believe these are being answered daily. He was totally miserable this last week watching Fox News and not being able to put his thoughts out. He does not care who likes his Opinions. It is for him more than anyone else.

So on Monday, August 6, he will be back in full screaming via this site and a few others. I hope you welcome him back.

I Am Forth Now?

I remember reading the book, "I Am Third" By: Gale Sayers when I was in my teens. I remember trying to put into words what that book meant to me then, which was difficult. My God is First. My Family is Second, I am Third. Now, with the decision of the Supreme Court, I became forth.

Based on the Supreme Court, the settings are now different. In my view, the decision of the Supreme Court invalidates the Supreme Court and places firmly in the hands of Congress and a President the ability to do what ever they wish to the American public at large.

We seem to have lost the meaning of the Constitution and have allowed the Supreme Court to basically throw it out on the whim of "Justice"? Justice was not blind on the 5th of July. We have always celebrated our independence on the 4th of July. Now we can mourn the loss of justice, freedom and liberty on the 5th of July.

My biggest problem with the decision was there was really no decision made. The court never said the law was constitutional. Maybe because they know in their hearts it is not.

Did the Attorney Generals of the various states write invalid views or did the Attorney Generals leave any unanswered questions for the Justices to be able to rule upon this question of Constitutionality? We all know that it was all there. Was Justice Blind? I do not think so. In fact, I believe the injustice was wide awake.

The system of Checks and Balances for the Republic is officially gone. With the President using the Executive Order as law, what purpose do we have in electing anyone to Congress. Maybe that needs to be written as "congress" so that it is obvious that it no longer has any validity within the United States Government.

The President that told "americans" (yes, even we the people should not be capitalized due to our invalid purpose) that he would never raise the taxes on Middle Class "americans" was right. He just erased the middle class. It is now those that exist to support those that either are disabled (which we would do anyway) or those who are too lazy or feel that work is below them.

From the day I was 16 to the age of 48, I paid into a system that was rigged to implode. Our government was not designed to make money, so how were they going to pay the benefits when they have no understanding of insurance principles, rules, and basic math.

What would our economy be like if insurance company's were putting out a half a TRILLION dollars every year in to businesses, homes, and securities. Our government feels that they can mimic the actions of an Insurance Company. I give them a "ZERO" "0" "F" "FAILURE" "FLUNKED OUT" or what ever term you want there to express the failure of the government in any area.

With about 47% of Americans not paying in any taxes, you, the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court have created a voter block that is almost fool proof for the Democrats.

As of the 5th of July, I went from third to forth. My Government is First, My God is Second, My Family is Third, and I AM FORTH.

Political Funding Run Amok!

Profits. Why is that such a dirty word these days. We are OK with Politicians who throw extravagant party's with well to do money people at $5,000 or more per plate. No, the person throwing the party pays the bills. The $5,000 or more per plate goes to the candidate as a donation. Profit the candidate around $500,000 if only 100 show. I used a calculator to verify the correct numbers.

I get a kick out of those calling for the Republicans and PAC's to show names, but you never see that of Democrats or for Democrats until now. I would love to see every name of every person who purchased a plate to meet the President.

I actually feel this is a way around the rules of how much a person can donate to a candidate for a single race. What happens to the money left over after the campaign? You think it would be returned, right?

It actually can be used to fund the next campaign, pay off the expanses of those who ran against you, or it goes into the pocket of the ex politician. What a great job for a citizen to have. Run for office, loose and keep the money.

President Obama has been GIVEN per plate dinners over 30 times in this 12 months alone. (playing over 100 rounds of golf is not enough?) That would be around $15MM or $15,000,000.00 taken in already just in dinners with no names given or tracked for giving limits.

My readers are smart. If you are new to the columns then I will give you a break. We do everything factual we can to ensure we are correct in our counts. I would love a few $50 per person BBQ's happening around this country accepting blind donations to a PAC or Candidate who need the money to win.

Contrary to most Republican and Tea Party groups. If there is a RINO running, RINO means Republican in name only, I am going to find someone else that meets my criteria to vote for and SUPPORT them. That is what we are doing with Craig T Stephens, Independent in the 23rd Texas Congressional District.

On day I would love to hear about DINO's Democrats in Name Only who are running and winning in blue states as Democrats, but have the right mind set to actually be a Republican. Stranger things have happened.

What I feel we are still missing is that one person that galvanizes the entire Republican Party, Tea Party, and the Independent Conservative base that will stamp his or her mark on what is needed and DO IT NOW!

Personally I don't care if you are a Republican, RINO, Conservative, Constitutionalist, Libertarian, Independent, or Liberal and all that includes. I WANT YOU OUT! You have forgotten why you went there or you went there for the wrong reason.

There is only one reason to run for office in the US Congressional Races. That is to do as little as needed to ensure the Constitution is followed, the strongest military in the world is maintained and to ensure our borders are not over run. That is it. Anything else is at the state level and does not belong to WASHINGTON DC. Period, fact, end of story.

Our Endorsement of Craig T. Stephens, Independent for the 23rd US Congressional District of Texas

The Texas 23rd US Congressional District is a not a real competitive district, mainly because it has been three choices, Republican Rep. Francisco Canseco, Democratic Ciro Rodriguez and Independent Craig T. Stephens. Sadly, the district is only aware of the 2 from the Major Parties. I believe our candidate is the stronger candidate as well as the one we will be supporting.

Our support and endorsement in the Texas 23rd District goes to Craig T. Stephens. I endorse Craig T. Stephens, as does TIMONN and the parent company of TIMONN, Three J Keeton Consulting and Productions out of San Antonio/p>

Craig T. Stephens ran for congress in 2006 and 2010. In our research of Craig T. Stephens, we could only find information that the Liberty Institute refused to put him in the 2010 Free Voters Guide, which did not help him get more name recognition. That is what we are going to do.

The San Francisco Chronicle, in 2010 stated,"The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee states:"Craig Stephens favors dramatically reducing taxes. Craig Stephens will fight to make drastic cuts to government spending, get tough on border security, and stop illegal immigration. In Washington, Stephens will make deep cuts to taxes and work to reduce the size of the IRS."

An open letter to Get Out Of Our House Members (WWW.GOOOH.COM) from GOOOH Endorsed US Congressional Candidate:

Craig T Stephens, Independent Candidate in Texas' 23rd US Congressional District

Dear GOOOH Member,

I believe we get the government we deserve.

This is proven by the fact that Congress has stolen our future, the future of our children, and is currently working to destroy the sovereignty of the United States of America, and this is happening because we're allowing it to happen.

This must be true, otherwise we would have voted our government out of office years ago. So, if we do not change the way we choose our candidates and stop allowing them to lie to us and abuse us, then the government will not change. It is not Congress, it is us, the voter that needs to change.

I am the Independent Candidate for the US Congress' Seat in Texas' 23rd District and this is who I am and what I believe.

I do not want your money. I do not accept campaign contributions. I will not accept any pay when elected, and I will not accept any retirement for my congressional service. Service is a duty to your nation, not a way to line your pockets.

I love this country, I've fought for this country and I'd fight for it again (I'm fighting for it now). I am a U.S. military veteran, a combat veteran, a husband, a father, a citizen and a business owner.

I believe party politics is destroying our nation and that the party has become more important than the citizens. Many of you know me already, I ran for this office in 2006 and 2010.

I've watched as the Republicans beat the Democrats while our national debt increased and our liberties were legislated away. Then the Democrats beat the Republicans, and our national debt increased while our liberties were legislated away. Nothing changes because they are the same party with the same agenda.

In 2006 I predicted the National Debt increase, and today I'm predicting the death of our sovereignty. The Security and Prosperity Partnership, a trade agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico, calls for courts outside of the U.S. to decide our trade practices. This is being done to allow cheap labor to move across our borders, increasing the revenue of Corporations while destroying the livelihood of the American Working Class. Congress did not approve this partnership and is not providing oversight, it is largely managed by select government officials and 30 large corporations!

Ask yourself, why did we spend billions of dollars building China into our largest trading partner instead of looking to Central and South America? Why are we not taking care of our neighbors? The answer is: It would have destroyed the flow of cheap labor across our southern border. We are seeing the beginnings of economic slavery. The congress has spent the nation into the poor house, and now you have to pay the bill. Our yearly income tax now only pays the interest on our National debt, we are no longer receiving services for the taxes we pay! My granddaughter will be born in July and the day she is born she will owe the U.S. Government more than $100,000.00. What is your piece of the debt?

Our current Congress just passed a law called the National Defense Authorization Act that empowers the US Military to arrest American Citizens! If this does not concern you, ask yourself if you can think of a single instance of empowering our government where they did not abuse that power. Then ask yourself if this is Constitutional (a Federal Court has already said no!)?

These are the questions that keep me up at night: Why are children in this country going to sleep hungry? Why can't our seniors afford to heat and cool their homes? Why are our graduation rates for High School plummeting? Why is gas so expensive? Why can't qualified people find jobs? Why are thousands dying on our southern border? Why is college so expensive? Who is winning the war on drugs? What purpose does the Department of Education serve? Why does a private company control the creation of money in our country? What is the Federal Reserve doing for us that a government agency (US Treasury Department) couldn't do?

It's time to tell Congress and all political parties that we will no longer allow them to destroy the American Dream.
