Wal-Mart Stores, Berkshire Hathaway's Geico and Men's Wearhouse have already said they've taken steps to ensure their ads will no longer appear during Fox News' "Glenn Beck" show. Procter & Gamble and S.C. Johnson recently said they had never intended to advertise on the show and ads were placed there by mistake. Now Clorox Co. has said it is taking its ad dollars out of all politically oriented talk programs.

Well geez, pull their ads because there are groups that want to be subvert and not allow free speech?  Well, I for  one agree with Glenn Beck on this one. If you switched presidents in this scenario and this was Bush calling a half white half black cop on the carpet for arresting one of his white friends with out knowing any of the facts, you the press would call it racist in a heartbeat, but just because President Obama is Half White and Half Black you defend him for what reason?  Because he is black?  No, he is not.  Give me a break.  That, fellow Americans, is why we do have racism in this country is alive and well from both whites, blacks, browns, reds and yellows.  Only ALL whites can be racist? Sorry, but many in the KKK were secretly part Negro or part Indian and never told a person, but even knowing that fact it is still only whites that can be racist?  Talking about the pot calling the kettle black, give me a break.

If you don’t like what Glenn Beck had to say,  you are really not going to like what I view president as.  I view him as a Racist Socialist Anti Constitutionalist and Anti American. I believe he is racist against any one that does not agree with what he wants to do to and with this country.  While you on the left are very happy keeping the focus off of the socialized medicine and equal distribution of wealth you are passing, America is having the Constitution of the UNITED States spat upon by the President and the Congress to do what ever they choose with out the checks and balances happening by what I assume is a now Socialist Court.

Am I saying this to get press?  No, I don’t care if any reads me or not.  I am doing this because what he is happens to be well documented FACT.  What still is not FACT is his legitimate claim as President.  That just steams every liberals chaps every time that a Conservative says that, but the facts are what the facts are.  With the documentation that The President has provided, Arnold Swartzenager could be president.  Maybe he should run after all.  Though, if he did, every liberal would vote for him.  He seemed to know what a conservative is, but I don’t think it was ever real. 

Now back to the article on Glenn Beck.  So my question for all these companies, why are you running from the truth?  Would you have run if it had been Bush and a Liberal Talk Show Host called him a racist?  No, you would not!  Why is everyone so afraid of liberals?  They don’t even shop at Wal-Mart, Berkshire Hathaway’s, Geico or Men’s Wearhouse?  No, serious question……..Who shops at these stores?  I would say that 80% to 90% of their customers are Conservative.  What would happen if their customers stopped shopping at them for one week only?  Why don’t we find out?

I am calling on every Conservative Talk Show, Every Conservative Blogger, and every Conservative to ask their listeners, readers, friends, neighbors and customers to boycott Wal-Mart, Berkshire Hathaway, Geico, and Men’s Wearhouse for one week starting at Midnight September 2, 2009 at 12:01 AM to Midnight, September 8, 2009. For Geico, that will be tough, so how about no one that uses Geico pay for the month of September until November and stay a month behind until then.  Who knows what Berkshire Hathaway is????  I don’t, but wait. Let me GOOGLE them. 

You just are not going to believe this.  There are 20 companies that make up Berkshire Hathaway.  They are Precision Steel Warehouse, Inc., Forest River, RC Willey Home Furnishings, Fruit of the Loom®, Richline Group, Garan Incorporated, Scott Fetzer Companies, Gateway Underwriters Agency, See's Candies, GEICO Auto Insurance, Shaw Industries, General Re, Star Furniture, Helzberg Diamonds, TTI, Inc., H.H. Brown Shoe Group, United States Liability Insurance Group, HomeServices of America, a subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, Wesco Financial Corporation, and XTRA Corporation, Information provided by their website, Links to Berkshire Hathaway Sub. Companies.  So here is a company that must want to go Socialist? 

You know what will happen if every c0nservative does do this?  Every Liberal will actually visit these places for the fist time.  Oh, and Conservatives, no early shopping at Wal-Mart.  That will defeat the purpose of this. There are local stores that actually do exist.  Some are great like we have here in Texas. So how about it Conservatives?  Are you game to take a play out of the Liberal Hand book and lets see just how much liberals spend at these companies verses what they will loose from C0nservatives not.  I am. 

I am not doing this to protect Glenn Beck’s name or anything like that.  I am doing this because it is Un Constitutional what is going on, and for these companies, who are providers to us, the consumer, to let a few upset squeaky wheels dictate where they place their ads and bow down to The President and his thugs. So where were these companies when President Obama called America names over seas in Europe and Asia?  Where were these folks when President Obama did not say a word about Scotland releasing the Lockerbie Bomber to Libya? How about the way he talks about our troops?  The way he makes everything good about this country, bad in his eyes? Is there anyone out there that is pissed off as I am that we are footing this bill for him to go to Nantucket on vacation, a LUXURY Vacation at that. Where is Robin Leach to do a lifestyle of the not so rich living off the peoples dole?

And why are the liberals not upset about this Lavish Vacation?  At this time with this economy?  Shame on you Mr Obama!!! and shame on you that think it is alright to do that, when every time President Bush went to Texas, to his on place, you made comments about the money spent!  He Went TO HIS OWN HOUSE FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

You liberals really need to get your heads on straight.  S0on, in the very near future, I see states, voting to LEAVE the Union of Socialist American States.  You already have left our Constitution behind.  What else do you want?  Oh yeah!  OUR MONEY and our children, well you ain’t going to get my children and I kinda gots a feeling you ain’t going to be getting our money because Mr President, we are not going to stand for it!  We will take it to the NOT SO Supreme Court.  If that doesn’t work, then we will do what was done before with tyranny, we will dissolve the union between states and put the Constitution back where it belongs.  Leading the United States of America.

I am a Proud Conservative American who believes the Constitution of the United States of America will always be the Document that lead’s our country, not the books of your bomber friend or other socialist books and communist books.  And every time you shove something down the Americans throats, we gain another supporter.  Another person that says I am not socialist and have no desire to be.

Mr. President, You Need to Read Up On Your 10 Commandments!

On the 19th, President Obama held a phone Town Hall Meeting with some of the Clergy.  In his statements, there was a reference to “some folks out there who are baring false witness, but I want everyone to know what health insurance reform is really about.”  Now, so I don’t get chewed on for taking it out of context, here is the entire portion of the Presidents “talk” in his Town Meeting Conference. (Quick question. Is that like a party line of old where you could listen in on everyone's conversations or one of those 900 lines where the Whitehouse was charging the clergy to attend?  Bet they wish they had thought of that first, but any way):

Spoken by President Obama “If you haven’t had an experience like this yourself, then I guarantee you know someone who has.  That’s why it is so important that we pass health insurance reform. I know there has been a lot of miss information in this debate and there are some folks out there who are baring false witness , but I want everyone to know what health insurance reform is all about.” (check it out on YouTube)

Now Mr President, False Witness is basically, no, actually it is Lying, or you can call it deceitful, dishonest, two-faced, insincere, untruthful, mendacious, double-dealing, false, dishonesty, deceit, duplicity, falseness, untruthfulness, or a lie, and you know what, you are right, Mr President.  So why don’t you, your staff, your congress, and your henchmen, better know as the various Unions, stop telling these lies.  I am so amazed at the reading level of the average American.  They are actually reading these various bills. So watch out, Mr President and your three groups of socialist stooges, the American People have already caught on.  The change we are getting IS definitely  a change in how the last President ran the business of the people.  They were honest about it, and the funny part is, Nancy and others have already gotten caught lying about their knowledge of what was going on then. 

Better set off the alarms, Mr President.  I think the most shameful thing you have done to date was to try to use religion against the Religious Leaders in our country.  I can here it Sunday, “I hope you pray seriously about this Obamanation, this Obamacare, this Obama LIE and pick up your phone, type out an email, go visit the office of your Senators and Representatives and let them know that WE know who is lying and also we know that this is a big step towards socialism and we DO NOT want it in our country. And also let them know that if they do this, it will be their last term in office.” So I think you President Obama.  You have written many of our clergy’s sermons for this next Sunday.

So, Mr President Obama, WE the People ARE:

• Educated enough to find the bill on the internet, read it and even print out the pages that scare us the worse to send them to our Congressmen and women to ask for an explanation, but knowing that they have not even read the bills
• Americans and we know what the Constitution of the United States of America says we can do
• Smart enough to know a snake oil sales man who is trying to cheat us and steal from us
• Not going to fall for no Northern Carpetbagger who comes into our Town Hall’s with your pre-set cronies to ask you set up questions and never listen to or answer a real questions. If one slips through, you stammer and lie lie lie. 
• Not getting scared so easily by you and your three groups of socialist stooges
• Tired of watching our President embarrass our country when you travel, not just over seas, but here at home, cause we know, with out a doubt, that there will be stuttering and stammering when you don’t have the teleprompter and that there are going to be lies spewing forth
• So looking forward to the Next Election in 2010 where we can replace the one third of the Representatives and a number of Senators who are not doing We the People’s business, but their own
• not believing that you and your three groups of socialist stooges don’t really have a clue
• hoping that it is not that you don’t care what we think, because you really think you are one of the chosen ones or actually the KING/God for a four year term

We are the People, Mr President and you better do what that other liar that was in office before you did, start reading your polls.  Who am I talking about?  Go ask Hillary.  You know who she is don’t you?  The one you sent to Africa so that she would be out of the way during all this stuff so that we might not remember the last few Democrats that have been in office and how they damaged our country.

Just be proud, Mr President.  What they took four and eight years to do, you have done it in less than your first year in office.  What a great accomplishment that must be for you.  And if it is, then maybe you should resign right now so that the next best liar can take your place.

They seem to keep loosing sight of the Constitution in Washington.  There seems to be this long standing belief that they can just legislate on any subject, cause, rhyme, reason, or as simple bug up their shorts, and We the People sit back and just let it happen.  Where is your outrage?

The Constitution (which is the Constitution of the United States of America) provides the congress their rights and abilities, which are granted from the States and the People. I have not seen where in the Constitution it says that the Congress of the United States of America can legislate what value a man’s work is?  We do it with minimum wage and now with Executive Pay Limitations.  The Economic System of the United States has been Capitalism, not Socialism, for well over 200 years.  When the “government” stuck its nose into the Capitalist arena, they saw “taxes” waiting to be taken, power to had, and people to control. 

Where in this country can anyone, legal or illegal NOT get healthcare?  You want to know why our healthcare system is in the mess it is in?  Government Intervention, plan and simple.  When government “sets” their rates that they will pay for anything, simply to reduce cost, not what is the true value of the service, then they are intervening into how business and industry in our country works.  Open the markets up and believe me, the cost will come down.  But with no incentives to do so since Government has already established their rates, so many of our best Doctors are leaving the United States for places where they can better serve the people that they desire to treat and for the value they have earned, not what some one has placed on them.

Just because there are new laws that limit the amount of pay the top ranking officials in our government can earn,who have chosen to take the official office and have chosen to accept that rate for your experience, education, and abilities, does not mean that that works out in the Real World.  Here in the real world, you are going to drive the creativity out of the market by limiting what one can make.  Yes, there are some that have packages that are so mind boggling to us that make low wages, but millions and in some cases billions of dollars are invested into having their business and the share holders and other owners of the company have chosen to compensate them at that rate.  You, Mr. President and Congress Person’s, have no rights granted to you by The Constitution to create and enforce this law.

And where is our Supreme Court when all of this is going on?  If they were doing their job, there would already be notifications that the law is under review per the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.  Just like passing a bill that had not even been written in its final form, is and has always been illegal to do and the leaders that allowed it to happen should be censured in the least and impeached at the most.  Supreme Court, you best wake up, or the next Amendment to the Constitution will be limits on how long you judges can be on the bench, which at this point sounds like a good idea.

Just because the Supreme Court, the Congress, and the Executive Branches of government are not holding up their end of the constitution does not mean the States and We The People can not hold up our end. We need to to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.  This can come from the States or from We The People.  I don’t have the money to hire a law firm that can represent the views of We The People, but there are you out there that do.  It is our time as We The People, to stand up for what we believe in.  We do not swear allegiance to the United States, We Swear Allegiance to the Constitution of the United States, just as every judge and congressman have done, “to Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States of America.  Does anyone believe in  their oath, their Promise, accept their RESPONSIBILITY. 

I am one that believes that Congress works for the Special Interest Groups that line their pockets, not We the People.  I am not just talking about the Democrats, I am including every “Party” in the bunch.  Maybe that is what they need.  The let out their shirt tails, take off the coats and get down and enjoy a REAL Party. In my family, all of the boys grew up to serve our country.  I have a brother in the Army that has done a number of tours in Afghanistan and Iraq who believes in why we are  there, so if they believe, why don’t you? These Brave Men and Women that put on that uniform every day, laying their life on the line to protect their buddies, their Friends have given more than anyone back home, from the lowest person in the country to that of the highest office.  Especially the highest office’s, meaning the President, Supreme Court, and those that sit in power in our Congress.  These men and women are our heroes and role models. Maybe Congress, the Supreme Court and the executive branch can take some lessons from these, our bravest and best.

It is about that time to fish or cut bait.  To step up and be counted.  To show our Freedom Loving, Liberty Loving, Equality Loving, and Justice seeking side to those that are trying to take them away from us, sometime in the dead of night or the wee hours of the morning. 

This next election, don’t go with emotions or with change for change sake.  Go for the one that represents YOUR ideals, vision, and hope for our country.  For one that can speak to the Constitution and what that document means to them. A person of Strength, Honor, and Integrity, who is not afraid to say what they see and speak from their constituents hearts, not just their own.  Their power only exist in and from those that represent their constituents.  The rest will fall by the way side and blow away like chaff in the wind.

I believe in the dream of America, but now have doubts if America even supports the dream of our fathers, or if they even know what their dreams were.  We need to show them the dream and have them join us in our fight to make that dream a reality in our country.  Only them will Freedom, Liberty, Equality and Justice truly exist in our great nation.

Sit down folks, buckle up your seat belts or tie yourself down.  The Great State and Republic of Texas is about to have a Governor’s race and no, not because Rick Perry and Kay Bailey Hutchinson are running, or should I say that in spite of them running.  There is a new Sherriff coming to the Governors race and SHE is going to LIGHT up the completion, which is not that hard to do with the other two in the race.

Texas is more than a state.  Texas is a State of Mind.  When you come to Texas, you see one of the few places where state is not a four letter word and Texans are as tall as their 10 gallon hats, even the transplanted Texans like myself.  If Texas were to seceded from the Union, no not the Soviet Union, the Union of the United States of America, what would the Union do?  From the Texas Constitution:

This is more that a mouthful to swallow and honestly, the next Governor must be prepared to answer the call to independence, if it is the people’s choice for our state.  The United States of America was founded by the Minority, not the Majority.  The Majority were use to the injustices that the King of England were putting on to them here in the states.  There were only a Minority that felt strongly about our colonies being  free from the injustices placed upon us by the English Government. 

Now, the injustices are coming from our on government that is suppose to be representing We The People’s views and wishes.  I see enough of that from the likes of our Senators and Representatives, so why would I want to put one of them into the Governors office with my vote?  I don’t. 

It is not often I see someone so Sarah Palinish that has convictions that are in line with conservatives, not only across the state and I dare say Nationally.  Would it not  be a hoot to have the 2012 ticket  for the Republican Party consisting of two Strong and Charismatic women to represent our Party in that election?   Yes, I am jumping the gun.  Right now I want this Strong Conservative Woman here, working for Texas.  I hope you will take some time and check her out.  Her name is Debra Medina, a native Texan by birth, not be divine prayer like most of us transplants are.  Go visit her site at Debra Medina for Texas, Debra Medina for Governor.

If President Lincoln Were Alive Today, Would He Write……..

Eleven Score and Thirteen Years Ago Our Fathers brought forth on this continent a New Nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men and women are created equal.

Now we are engaged in an ideological and internal war, testing whether this nation, or any nation, so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are the great battle-field of this war. We have come to dedicate a portion of ourselves, as a final resting place for those who here give of themselves and their lives so that this nation might continue to be the beacon of light for all that desire Freedom, Liberty, and Justice.  It is altogether fitting and proper that we do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate...we can not consecrate...we can not hallow ourselves. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it will never forget what we do here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which we who fight here have thus far so nobly advanced. This is a bit modified from the original text which President Lincoln wrote on a napkin and paper bag on his train ride into Pennsylvania to deliver this speech.  Much like our true conservatives, we speak a few words of truth verses the hours and volumes that the Democratic Party and the President and his staff pour out to try to keep their lies alive.  President Lincoln stood and gave his 3 to 4 minuet speech with such beauty and elegance that after Edward Everett delivered a two-hour Oration, those in attendance must have been shocked and in awe that here is a man that dared to give 3 to 4 minuets straight from his heart with honesty and genuine heartfelt devotion to those men who did give the ultimate sacrifice so that our country could stay together so that Freedom, Equality, Liberty, and Justice would shine for all the world to see.

“It is for US the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which we who fight here thus far have so nobly advanced.”  To Ronald Wilson Regan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush, who have all three fought in their own ways to support Liberty, Freedom and Justice.  These are but a few that have devoted themselves to this task, keeping us, the American People, Democratic, Republican, Independent, Socialist, and Communist alike, the RIGHT to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  But I don’t see in the Constitution, Declaration of Independence nor any other document from our forefathers that Insurance was a RIGHT, nor have I seen anything in these documents that gives the Government of the States and its people the right to own businesses and to pour the citizens money in to keep them afloat. 

Actually, the Constitution of the United States does give a remedy for any person or business that can not pay their obligation.  It is called Bankruptcy.  Yet President Barack Hussein Obama II feels that bankruptcy is a reason that we have stepped into save the banks and uninsured.  Bankruptcy is not only acceptable, but good for the economy.  It takes the weak businesses out of the market, where they are putting a drain on our economy, and allows the stronger to buy up the assets so that they creditors can gain some of their money back.   As for individuals that file bankruptcy, it is a means to help those that have gotten in to debt to have a remedy to basically start all over and rebuild their credit with out the massive debts that they had before they filed, for what ever reason they had to file.  That is part of our Liberties and Freedoms we have and share with each other.  The Declaration of Independence states, “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Please show me where Insurance and saving companies and individuals from bankruptcy is listed in the rights that are unalienable?  It is not.  These are Actions that are a result of living either above their means, or due to a extremely costly health or natural disaster, or they have spent to much time accepting assistance from others that they feel it is owed to them.  It is not due to anyone.  It is earned.  You have to get out and work to earn the benefit of having health insurance.  It is Earned, not a Right, Mr. President and his 3 branches of stooges. 

If these three branches of our federal/national government were doing their job, they would have stopped all of this from happening by declaring that these acts are UN Constitutional.  It is YOUR JOB, Justices of the Supreme Court of the UNITED States of America and it Citizens. You do not have to wait to be asked if it is constitutional, you have the RESPONSIBILITY to judge it for the People. You are the best of the best Judges of our great Country, so how about acting like it and STEP UP!

I am providing part of the Declaration of Independence below.  Read it and think of how things stand today.  Replace King George with The Democratic Lead Congress, Executive Branch of Government and the inept Supreme Court that has neutered itself by limiting what it can do, not by the Constitution, but by internal rules that a case has to be brought before them before they can render if something is Constitutional or not.

The Declaration of Independence (starts off with:)

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

What powerful words were written there and I believe that soon, we will be reading these from States that will declare their Independence from the United States, which is there RIGHT per their Constitutions.  If the Federal/National Government has left its people and the States, to do its own thing, do not expect the American People to be Sheep lead to the slaughter.  Americans will fight!  Americans will step up and speak against any and all oppression and injustices by our duly elected officials and those that they have appointed into an office.  We will fight you with our voices, not our guns, which you try to do without regard to the Constitution of the UNITED States of America. 

We the People are watching you, the federal/national government and the states governments.  We will accept nothing less than you, our elected representatives of We the People, to do as our voices ask and represent the Majority, not the minority.  We will accept nothing less than that.  Oh, and by the way, you were elected to represent WE THE PEOPLE, not you and your pocket, the lobbyist, or special interest groups.  I do not actually care what you think.  It is WE THE PEOPLE that you were elected to represent, so start representing us.

There are no Lords, Knights nor any kind of nobility in this country by intention.  You still feel that you are the Lords and Nobles of the Manner.  Well, You Are NOT.  Mr. President, you should not be taking your family on extravagant vacations on the public dollar.  If you could not take them before you became President, how can you justify it now?  Is that one of your NEW RIGHTS?  Get with the program Mr President.  You ask us to sacrifice, but I don’t see you, your staffs, congress or the judicial tightening their belt and saving money where you can.  I guess you are too good to be suffering along with the American Citizen. 

I think it is time for our President and his Family to GROW-UP.  He is not suppose to lie to the American People just to get his way.  He is suppose to be the Best of the Best.  He is not.  He embarrasses us in other countries by saying what evil people the USA has here because we push Freedom, Liberty, Equality and Justice as the Foundation of a government and other nations people dream about having what we are suppose to have.  We are the bright light shining on the hill giving hope to all that desire freedom.   You are not a Community Organizer now, you are the President.  It is time for you to step up and be the President of the people, not of yourself and what YOU want to do.  That does not matter to any one but YOU and sorry Mr. President, but who cares what you want.  It is what WE THE PEOPLE want, so get it right. 

Are you brave enough to represent the will of the People before yourself and your special interest groups, Mr. President?  Prove it.  If it is your destiny to lead the Free World and others that are not free into the Free world, then your greatness will shine.  Can you Accept your responsibility? Only Time will tell. And just for the record, I don’t believe you have it in you, Mr President.  Your character shows you to be a liar on any subject to get where you want to go and you have left many body's in your wake.

Why I, J Albert, Support the Texas Nationalist Movement

The better question is Why don’t YOU support the Texas Nationalist Movement or any State’s Nationalist Movement?  Believe it or not, it is our RIGHT as citizens to pursue these options for our states and its people.

THE TEXAS CONSTITUTION

PREAMBLE

Humbly invoking the blessings of Almighty God, the people of the State of Texas, do ordain and establish this Constitution.

ARTICLE 1.  BILL OF RIGHTS

Sec. 1.  FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY OF STATE. Texas is a free and independent State, subject only to the Constitution of the United States, and the maintenance of our free institutions and the perpetuity of the Union depend upon the preservation of the right of local self-government, unimpaired to all the States.

Sec. 2.  INHERENT POLITICAL POWER; REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT. All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.

Sec. 3.  EQUAL RIGHTS. All free men, when they form a social compact, have equal rights, and no man, or set of men, is entitled to exclusive separate public emoluments, or privileges, but in consideration of public services.

Sec. 3a.  EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW. Equality under the law shall not be denied or abridged because of sex, race, color, creed, or national origin. This amendment is self-operative.

Article 1 – Bill of Rights

Sec. 23.  RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawful defense of himself or the State; but the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms, with a view to prevent crime.

Sec. 24.  MILITARY SUBORDINATE TO CIVIL AUTHORITY. The military shall at all times be subordinate to the civil authority.

I cut out the above sections to point out a few facts.  Texas is a free and independent State, subject only to the Constitution of the United States.  Wow, Not subject to the National/Federal Government, but to the Constitution of the United States.  Wonder how many other states have it written the same?  The Right to keep and bear arms belongs to EVERY Citizen.  Legislature only has the power to regulate the wearing of arms, not having arms.  Hmmm……….kind of makes you think.  Wonder what other states constitution says?  Maybe you should read your states.

Take some time and find out your states constitution.  Read it and the Constitution of the United States of America.  Read my blog on the Constitution called “We the People……”  Get to know the Constitutions of your State and the United States of America like they are your best friend.  They are, they protect you and your family.

Oh, I so love being politically incorrect.  This is a legitimate question that every American should be asking themselves and their governors of their respective states. In fact, why hasn’t the Supreme Court asked for the Long Form Birth Certificate of the acting President of the United States?  Good question?  Yeah, I know.  But do they know?  This is their RESPONSIBILITY to ensure the integrity of the Executive Branch and the Supreme Court has again failed to do their job. 

There is a Freedom of Information Act, which is being usurped by the Whitehouse and the Obama Minions as a hole, which gives me pause to contemplate the reality of this man, who professes to be the Man of Change, The First Black President, and the only person that knows what this country is about.  Yet reality is, his change is Socialism, which is not new. He is not the First Black President, he is the first multi cultural President.  He has a vision of this country, but sadly this vision was painted by Rev Wright and the socialist that he has been under, training to become the Man of Change, but in reality, has become the man of Lies. 

He lies about the Health Insurance Reform Bill.  He lies about Cap and Trade.  He lies about his citizenship, though I can not prove this, because he will not allow it?  Why isn’t the Democratic Congress up in arms like they were with President Bush?  Why is our Congress Republican, Independent and Socialist…unmmmmm I meant Democrats, not questioning what comes out of the White House?  Good Question?  Yeah

Lies is all that has been spoken by anyone supporting the bill.  Those that are for the bill in the regular populous have not read the bill.  I have and it scares the crap out of me. It should scare the crap out of you.  I DOES require that an company that wants to change their insurance in any form, can only change it to the government plan.  There are NO OPTIONS in this bill.  It is all or nothing.  WAKE UP FOLKS.  They are going to take the rights away from you and oh, yeah, it is not Constitutional.  They were not given the responsibility, the Executive, Congressional, or Judicial Branches to take over any Public Sector Jobs, Set Pay Scales for Public Sector Jobs, to take over any industry, except in time of war, which is not why they have taken over Banking and Automotive.  They also do not have the right to limit or set limits on what service a person can get or have.  And there IS NO RIGHT TO HEALTH INSURANCE.

WAKE UP Americans.  WAKE UP and stand up for yourself, your state and your Constitution.  There is no National/Federal Government with out the existence of the Constitution.  What happens to the Federal/National government when states succeed from the Union?  That, my fellow Americans, is what it might have to take to wake up the Branches of government.  Are you ready?  Can you stand up to the fight? 

Are YOU an American?  Read the Constitution of the United States of America and then answer that question.  Being an American is not just citizenship, it is by far Advanced Citizenship.  Can you stand up and fight for your RIGHTS?  Not everything is a Right.  No One Has the RIGHT to Insurance.  It is a benefit that you earn by having EMPLOYMENT.  And it is OPTIONAL.  No one gets kicked out of a hospital in this Country because they can not pay.  And MR PRESIDENT, Bankruptcy was written into the Constitution.  That is a result of life catastrophes.  It is a Means for one to protect themselves and that is why it exist.

You do not have the RIGHT to have what everyone else has.  They went out and EARNED those things.  If you want them, go out and EARN them.  Insurance, Big Screen TV’s, Cars, Boats, what ever.  I want them too, but I have to go out and earn them.  Social Security  and Disability are  Benefits that you earn by paying into a system.  How many are getting these services that have never paid into the system?  More than half.  No money from any of these services should be leaving the country and that includes the illegal Anchor Baby’s.  Let’s put a stop to all of these illegal actions by our congress.  Social Security and Disability are not funds that are to be used as general funds and I disagree that they would be broke in a few years because if they were being managed as a business, they would be making a killing on the markets.  You, our congress have failed the American People. 

What are our options?  Petition our State’s to Recall our Representatives and Senators for Cause.  Press our State Government to declare it’s Constitutional Rights and to take back any of those services that belong to the States away from the Federal Government.  If they don’t listen, march, send letters, protest, but do so in a manner that is respectful.  Don’t be afraid to call a spade a spade.  If they continue to Lie, call them a Liar.  If they are stealing from us, call them a thief.  Boot them out of power.  That is the only way we can speak up. 

Are you ready to start?  Are you ready to begin doing as our founding fathers and demand our Freedom?

Dear Representative Nancy Pelosi;

I would have started this with Honorable, but that word does not become you.  I also have a hard time with calling you a Representative since you have long forgotten what representing means.  And yes, I am just another Un-American Texan that has no idea what the words Truth, Honor, Respect and Dignity Mean, but I do know a snake oil salesman when I see them, you know, the ones that lie about any and everything, no matter how often they get caught.  Does Water Boarding ring a bell?  How lucky for you that the American People have such short memory’s and your “party” is in control of the current congress, because I for one am calling for your impeachment.

In your “editorial/blog” in USA Today called  “'Un-American' attacks can't derail health care debate” was nothing short of another beautifully written piece of fiction, and I do believe the American People are starting to see you and your merry band of socialist jesters (no offense meant to those who are jesters) for what you truly are, a group of lying, cheating, un-American, Socialist, moroffs (because you have more off than on) that are willing to trade our American Truth, Honor, Respect and Dignity for a pound of nothing.  The disruptions, as you have called the chants of honest hard working Americans, is planned, right down to the slogans and signage.  We borrowed them from your headquarters in California as well as every Democratic Congressman’s office.  Kind of hard to get your lies out when your own tactics are used against you by your opponent.  And that Madam Speaker IS VERY AMERICAN.

As for the “strong piece of legislation” you and your merry band of socialist jesters have written, it is being read by these Un American’s and they know the truth.  You see, Madam Speaker, the words written in your bill are not representative of what you, the President and all your merry band of socialist jesters have said was in the bill.  As you and Steny Hoyer stated in your piece, Americans have been trying to pass this legislation for over a century.  The reason it has not passed is because it is very Un-American.

Yes, Healthcare is Complex.  So what gives you any belief that the Congress or any Government could create a system for Healthcare that will be successful?  You can not even keep our Social Security “Tax” in a “lockbox”. Your Stimulus bill has done nothing to stimulate the economy.  It has, in fact, cause the current recession to  go longer than it would have it you had allowed the Capitalistic system to work. But do rest assured, Madam Speaker, if the bill passes, I will find me a good lawyer and take the law to court and  have it declared UN Constitutional, because the right to Health Insurance is not a RIGHT and it is not one of the powers given to the Congress, as are many of the laws that have been passed in the last few months, including the stimulus package.

You need to go back to college and take economics again, Madam Speaker.  You state that Health Care “drives our economy.”  Any freshman in college knows that what drives an economy is the ability of a free and safe populous to buy and sell goods to each other freely.  If these are infringed upon, the balance of the economy is damaged.  You also state that the “people must be allowed to learn the facts.” You really miss stated on that statement, Madam Speaker.  You do not want the American People to know the facts, you just want them to “take your word for it” and be sheep.  Now that would be VERY Un-American.

If you want the American People to learn the facts, then print out a couple million copies of the bill and let the American People ask for a copy and you send it to them to read.  This is the most “important legislation” to come out in our life time, in yours and the Presidents words.  What do you have to be afraid of? Oh, I know, the American People knowing what the bill really says is what you are all afraid of.

You also state that the bill will mean more patient choice.  The only choice we will have, under the bill, is to convert over to the government plan if the insurance companies rates change over  a specific amount or if the company you work for wants to change to a different carrier, they must transition over to the Government Health insurance.  It is NOT insurance at that point, Madam Speaker, it is a “TAX”. It will allow every American who likes their health plan to keep it?  You need to re-read your bill.  It actually will take over 20 million Americans off insurance.  The Doughnut hole you talked about should have been fixed years ago. Saying that this will close the hole is a joke.  (see, that is why I call them jesters)

American’s will not have more choices, nor will we have any money to save. There is no such thing as a free exam, because if you are going to collect premiums, we have already paid for the exams.  The cost of health care is directly proportionate to the amount of interference the Health Care field has from government.

As I have stated before, this “bill” is not constitutional. Per the X Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, which states,”The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the “Federal Government” the right to assume control of any industry.  Since this is not granted to the Federal Government, it belongs to the States, respectively, or to the People, us the Un-American.

I hope, Madam Speaker, that you take this time of adjournment to read a beautiful document, the Constitution of the United States of America and all the Amendments. I believe it is also time that we, as Americans, begin to petition our State Legislatures to begin the process of Recalling any elected official that supports this un-Constitutional bill.  We have a right to recall any elected official and as Citizens of our States, we have the right, no, we have the OBLIGATION to do such.

I have no fear of reprisals from  you or any other official of the government, since what I am suggesting is non violent and giving us, the opportunity to petition congress for a redress of grievances.  We the People have that right. If you choose to quiet those of us that oppose you, I would not be surprised to see many of the states beginning to take steps to withdraw from the United States of America. 

The Constitution of the United States of America is for Advanced Citizenship and you, Madam Speaker, have no Advanced anything in you, except your spoken un-truths. I hope you take the time to really reflect on what you are, where you are, and the honor it is to be the Speaker of the House of Representatives.  I hope you do not take it as lightly as you have in the words you have spoken to the American People. Because We the People, American People, Citizens of the UNITED States of America DO have memory's.  Very long memory’s.  As one lady said in a town hall, you have awaken a sleeping giant, and the Un-Americans as you have called us, are the giant that will, in the next election, be replacing each of you with more of those Un-Americans and believe it or not, if you pass this bill and the Supreme Court does not declare it unconstitutional, we will just repeal the law the next session of congress. 

There is only ONE way to correct this problem of our Congressmen not doing what their constituents have told them we want, and that is through the ballot box, your vote.
