President Puts His Campaign Ahead Of The Country

My Opinion of Article:Reuters.com Article: Obama hits Republicans, Wall Street in populist speech

I wonder if "Where's Waldo" folks are about to put out a new version based on Washington Politics called "Wheres the Prez." Since I register and copyright these articles, I hope they consider giving me a piece of the action. In all seriousness, there is a part of me that is glad that the President is not in Washington so things will not be messed up worse than they already are. The other part of me feels that any President that is not in Washington DC while our country is in such critical shape, is putting himself above the needs of our country.

Where are the Republican Presidential Candidates. I would like to see one Republican Candidate, if not all of them, presenting packages, via their Congressmen, of bills to take our country out of the state it is in today. Hint, Hint, Hint, Republican Candidates. Now is the time to step up and put something forward. Anyone waiting for the election to be over is not putting America First. Let's put the ideas out there front and center.

Congress is not really able to move with any ideas. This is the time we need leadership. If the President will not be the leader, lets see who will step up and lead our nation. Now is the time folks.
