What Does Justice Antonin Scalia Have In Common with Representative Nancy Pelosi?

The Liberals are going after Justice Antonin Scalia after his comments, "“You really want us to go through these 2,700 pages? Is this not totally unrealistic? That we are going to go through this enormous bill item by item and decide each one.” and the reference to the Cornhusker kickback.

First off, it is in the PPACA and was taken out by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 which was the reconciliation process, in order to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Pub.L. 111-148). It was signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 30, 2010

The reconciliation process is were two different versions of a bill, the two remove or add to one or the other to come to an agreement that the versions are the same and can go to the President for signing into law.

You would think that it would have to be re-voted on in both houses of congress if anything were changed. Guess that might have slipped their minds.

If then Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi had given the members of the House the opportunity to read and review the full 2700+ Pages of the bill before it was voted on, they may have made it through the 2010 elections with little damage.

Nancy Pelosi and the #pOTUS thought there would be little backlash since we only would know what they told us. The Press was all for this. This was another time when the Press took it for the team. And they are not even on the team.

One day it will happen. The press will be out of the loop and backing the left and BOOM, a massive change on the left and the press will find out about it too late. Ask the Newspapers about it. Luckily magazines have a little bigger window to protect themselves.

I stand by what I say. I take responsibility for my actions. That by definition makes me out of the Press and definitely not a Liberal Politician, or is that Progressive Politician?

House of Representatives Votes Down Obama's Budget - 0 to 414?

Oh, I bet that #pOTUS is furious about right now. Not even one vote from the Democrat Party faithfuls. What does this show?

To me it shows that even the Presidents own Party does not think he is worthy of leadership. I know this will be considered a stretch, but combined with this weeks gaff or the open mic where he stated the following (From ABC.com) it will take a lot for the #pOTUS to win the election in November.

The exchange was picked up by microphones as reporters were let into the room for remarks by the two leaders.

The exchange:

President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.

President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…

President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.

President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.

Though I do feel a bit sorry for our Country for having the President that we have in the White House. It is our fault that he is there. Especially the News Media who backed him 100% and are still having to back him even though they secretly wish he would just go away.

This is what every Conservative has been saying about the President for the last 3+ Years. He gives us this on a silver platter showing how he is incapable of being taken seriously any longer. Hopefully even those who support him will realize that his inability to be Presidential on the road is hurting this country.

I do understand that there are those who think this is ok who want us to be run over by the Russians and Socialist because they hate this country so much.

I feel that if you hate this country so much, you should be the ones packed on flights leaving the country to your chosen destination.

If by some freak of nature the #pOTUS does win the next electon, best he realize right now that Americans will never allow him to give away anything to the Russians or anyone. NOT Today and NOT Tomorrow.

When Will The Press Return To News -vs- Opinion?

When will the press return to being news? I think that if they don't start soon, the little credibility they do have will be gone.

When a majority of Americans are independent and/or conservative, the news opinionated towards the liberal side just is not cutting it. Americans want truth and fact, not bent truth and opinions given as fact. Even I don't give out opinions as facts.

I personally want everyone that reads any post on my sites to go out and find the information an prove my opinion right or wrong. Nothing happens. And if it did, no one knew the answer. Right or Wrong based on this..........

Are American's lazy? Do we take the word of people that have told so many "miss truths" which is a lie, that they would normally have been fired when news was a truth and fact job, a prestige position at that.

When are Americans going to require the people putting out the news to do so unbiased? "Truth and Fact in reporting" use to be the mantra of every newsroom editor. Even requiring signed affidavit from 2 or 3 sources and if anonymous was used, their would be more than one person documenting/recording the information, that was collaborated by at least one other person.

Can we be real for a minute or two. Where are the women who were making the accusations against Herman Cain? Why are they no longer being heard from? Simple answer, it was lies that gave the news media their "facts" that were nothing but a bunch of lies.

No proof, yet Americans took it as why would these women lie? Money? Fame? Minute in the Spotlight? Where is their truth? I personally think this was a setup job by the Liberal Left and the President's vast organization that get their marching orders from those closest to the #pOTUS.

I don't think that the Liberals, especially #pOTUS does not want to face Herman Cain the most and Newt Gingrich a close 2nd. These two men would wipe the floor in a debate with the #pOTUS. They had them marginalized and out of the running.

Santorum Wins In Louisiana

The actual title, in my mind, should be "Thank GOD Romney Loss." Not that I believe Santorum is the right one to take Conservatives forward, but Republicans proved that they will not be lead by a carpetbagger.

As for social and religious Republicans, they had a good night. My question is, "When will America have a good night?" If the choices remain Santorum and Romney I personally don't think much will be done in the next 4 to 8 years.

We still have to win, though to worry about that. Will I quietly support who ever wins the primary? No. I am not one to do things very quietly. I would be loud even if it were my dream team of Gingrich/Cain.

I don't think anyone wants those of us defending freedom quiet. How do I know I am defending freedom? Cause I am here, writing and sharing my views as often as the fire hits me.

So far this election has been costly in many concerns. Friendships have been irreparably damaged, a party is now split in such a way as their is unadmittedly two parties within one, and it is not clear if the winner of the primary will be supported by the party as a whole.

No, it is not a pretty picture. This one is worth much more than a thousand words. Which side will you and I land on? We will have to wait and see. Can I support a third party this time around? Maybe it is time?

America needs leadership and a cheerleader. We need to begin believing we are not the racist, uncaring persons that many are trying to paint Conservatives as.

PART II - PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATIONS

Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:

(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich & Ron Paul, Our Final Four?

While I positively don't think that Mitt Romney is a good Presidential Candidate from the Republican Party, any person will be better than #pOTUS. (#pOTUS is president Of The United States. The p is small.)

While that sounds about right to most people it totally stinks to me. Of course I would say it if it were Rick Santorum in the position. Have you noticed the lack of a true hard hitting Conservative? No, Senator Paul is not a Conservative or Republican in my view. His too.

Try as we might, there does not seem to be anyone besides Mr Cain or Speaker Gingrich which come close to understanding Conservatism, much less putting forth conservative ideas. Both of these men are better than either Romney or Santorum.

Think back to the first few Debates. How it was Newt and Santorum against the world. I believe these two men were great friends at one time. I personally don't think I want a friend like Rick Santorum. Newt deserved better than what Santorum has said and done.

Romney picks up Jeb Bush's nod so now he has the big 3 of approvals from the establishment Republicans and can be anointed as "The Republican Candidate."

Sorry, but Newt is still my man. I still think a Newt/Herman ticket would blow the doors right off the liberals. I can see independents looking at that dream team with a smile on their face.

In the end, I am afraid it will be a Mitt Romney & Rick Santorum team heading out to do battle against the team of Obama and what ever his name is. Actually no one really cares what Biden's name is. It is not about him. It is about OBAMA.

Are Announcements From White House Worth Viewing?

Yes, of course they are worth viewing, only if you take them as propaganda. What is Propaganda? Per Dictionary.com 1.information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc. 2.The deliberate spreading of such information, rumors, etc. 3.The particular doctrines or principles propagated by an organization or movement.

For some, it really does not matter what is said by the White House. They will choose to either believe it (liberals) or reject it (conservatives).

There are those that would say that any information coming from me would be Opinion. That is TRUE. This site is totally about my Opinion. I at least attempt to base my opinion in facts. I don't spout out Conservative Talking Points and I don't really care who my Opinions are about.

In politics, everyone is open to opinions. My opinion of the White House is that they are a propaganda component of the Re-Elect Obama Campaign and have been since he entered office.

How many numbers have come out of the White House being really great, but when they are updated with the real data, they are a huge let down. Or maybe they want something they are pushing to have specific numbers that work in their favor, i.e. the Obama Care facts show that it was planned at about 50% of the actual implementation cost.

Was this a lie? I believe it was a lie put out by the White House to get the bill through. They had to hit below the 1 trillion mark or they would not have the votes and wow, it came in just under.

With so much money going out in favor of those who "helped" the #potus get into office, do you wonder why our nation has fallen so far with this #potus?

We have all blamed "Congress" in general for the failures. Have we ever considered that is the plan of the White House so that the #potus numbers would look good. Isn't it the #potus who has made unreasonable demands of Congress? The nation would be worse off if Congress had not stopped the Presidents fake concerns. Just look at the January employment numbers for the proof.
